Adult Environment

Alfa Jae Salon is an adult-oriented space where adult conversations and music/content may be present. While we do accept appointments for children, we are not responsible for censoring content for minors. Please be advised that parents should use discretion when bringing children into the salon.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, but in order to respect our stylists' time and ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we have the following cancellation policies:

- 48-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a fee.

- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

- No-Show or Last-Minute Cancellations: No-shows or cancellations made extremely last minute will be charged 100% of the service cost.

- Late Arrivals:Clients more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms.

Illness Policy

For the safety of all clients and staff, clients showing signs of illness will be turned away. We ask that you do not arrive with any symptoms of illness. This includes clients and children who are sick.

Salon Capacity

- Only clients receiving services are permitted in the salon.

- Guests (including children) are not allowed unless they are receiving a service. Parents of minors must wait in the designated waiting area during their child's service.

- Children receiving services must be able to remain seated for the duration of the appointment.

Service Refusal & Right to Deny Service

Alfa Jae Salon LLC reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. We strive to maintain a safe, professional, and respectful environment for all.

Payment & Appointment Booking

- All payments must be made via cash or card. We do not accept PayPal, Cash App, Check, or Money Orders.

- All appointments must be scheduled via our website at www.alfajaesalon.com/#book-now and confirmed with a credit/debit card.

- Appointments over the phone will not be accepted.

- All services require a valid credit/debit card to reserve your appointment.

Sales & Gift Cards

- All sales are final.

- Gift certificates are valid for 365 days from the original purchase date.

- Gift cards are non-refundable.

Health and Safety

- Lice Policy: Alfa Jae Salon cannot perform any services on clients with lice.

- Pets: For health and safety reasons, pets are not permitted at Alfa Jae Salon.

Children’s Services

Children’s services are available for children 10 years of age and under. Parents must ensure that children can remain seated for the entire duration of the appointment.
